1- How to become a retailer?
To become an Acte-Deco products retailer and benefit from professional prices,
please return the completed account
opening document with your IBAN.
2- How to create my customer space on you website?
As soon as we will receive your documents, we'll create your customer space on
our e-shop and we'll send you your login and password as well as your retailer
special code to benefit from the discount. You'll have to key it before validating
each order.
3- How to put the Acte-Deco products online on my website?
To put our products online, different solutions are offered :
-We send you by email a download link containing our whole collection and an
Excel file with references, pictures, scenarios, colorcharts…
-You can choose some products on our website and we send you a file with only
the products of your selection.
Many documents are at your disposal : technical products sheets, colorcharts,
pictures…
We can send you samples (on request).
Your customer hesitates between 2 colors ? No problem, we'll send him directly
some adhesive samples of the concerned colors.
4- How to place orders?
Your orders with standard products have to be placed on the website.
For tailor-made projects, please contact us for quote.
5- How to pay my order?
The first order has to be paid cash. The following orders will be charged at the
end of each month. It will have to be paid within 30 days.
We offer you different payment methods :
-Bank wire (please ask for our IBAN)
-Paypal (we can send you a Paypal link on every email adress)
-Credit card
6- Are there regular updates?
Our products data base is updated every 3 months : supression of some decals
and addition of new products. We ask you to follow these updates. A contract
commits us with the creators, so when the contact isn't renewed, we can't use
their creations' images anymore.
Your success is also our success. We offer you a real assistance to help you to
integrate our products on your website. We do our best to provide you all the
information you would need.
